It started centuries ago, in Kinki Chihō (近畿地方) a region of Japan where our premium organic matcha powder has been grown and harvested
In ancient times, the region served as Japan's capital and the emperor's residence from 794 until 1868 where that same source of green tea powder was harvested and used in tea ceremonies to refresh and revitalise the body and mind.
