Unfortunately, we can’t accept returned goods, therefore we are unable to issue any refunds for goods purchased from Organic Province at this stage.
Organic Province is also not liable for any loss of goods by freight companies (or equivalent postage or freight companies) in the process of delivery to you. However, in some of the cases where the product does not arrive, we may issue a discretionary refund. In those cases, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment method or your card’s issuer’s policies
In all other cases, refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
